As Advertising Manager  I developed an advertising staff starting in 1988 with 4 associates and by 1994 had grown to over 30 advertising professionals. Supervised and developed direct reports of Production Manager, Senior Copywriter, and Art Directors. Installed the first Apple computer graphic systems.  Budgeted and controlled expenditures for the Advertising Department. Creative responsibility for catalogs, newspaper ads,
in-store signage, brochures, trade show displays, product labeling and packaging on a national level. Provided corporate identity support and guidance for the Office Depot Corporate Division and international expansion of Office Depot Stores. Promoted to Creative Manager in charge of all corporate identity and test pilot stores. Continued to direct the creative teams in the development of concepts and formats for all newspaper ads, catalogs and direct mail.
